Service Description
30 minutes to take a breath and acknowledge how hard Body works and appreciate its efforts. A good length of time for lunch breaks and between appointments to work a specific stress space.
Cancellation Policy
Please eat something light before arriving to your appointment. Wear loose comfortable clothes. Your massage therapist will be wearing a mask, but you do not need to. ***New clients are encouraged to print the Policies and Procedures form as well as the Medical History form, read and fill them out carefully and bring the completed documents to their appointment. If unable to print, forms are available on location. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior scheduled appointment. ***Returning clients arrival to massage should be at least five minutes prior scheduled start time, allowing for the update of intake forms and preparation of mind, body, and spirit to receive massage.
